Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full or partial refund.
The products sold include live events, mentoring, courses and digital content, which have specific policies detailed below.
Courses and Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products, such as online courses, recorded workshops and learning materials, we do not offer refunds once access to the content has been granted.
If you have any technical problems or access difficulties, please contact us so that we can help you resolve them.
Events and Mentoring
Live Events and Online Programs: Refunds are only allowed if requested up to 7 days before the event. After this deadline, it will not be possible to refund the amount paid.
Individual Mentoring: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on the card company or banking system.
Refunds Delayed or Not Received
If you haven't received your refund yet, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Please contact your card provider, as there may be a processing time before the refund can be made.
3. Contact your bank to confirm that the payment has been processed.

Promotional products
Promotional values are non-refundable. Only products purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, according to the criteria of this policy.
Credit Transfer
If you can't attend a live event or need to cancel your participation in a program, you can request a credit for use at a future event. The credit is valid for up to 3 months and can be used for events of equal or lesser value.
